We start with hand-selected American Hickory. Chosen for its historic connection to the game and its superior weight-to-strength ratio, Hickory provides a "heft" that plastic simply cannot match.
Precision Machining
Using industrial table saws and lathes, we machine our wood tenons to tolerances within a thousandth of an inch. This ensures a seamless, "zero-play" fit between the wood and our hardware.
The Turf Tip
Our tips are the heart of our engineering. Machined from solid steel stock, they are designed to glide into any turf condition and a matching steel end cap provides balance, both visual and physical, to the alignment stick. They aren't glued-on caps; they are integrated components built to last a lifetime.
Laser Engraving
Every stick is finished with our signature Celtic shamrock and branding, precision-etched by a high-powered laser. Custom options for laser etching are also available.
